I can't say enough good things about All Direction Moving company who moved my household in January 2021. On my first call to the All Direction I spoke with Kathy, the receptionist, who was so helpful and friendly -- I was sold on the company before the move. Even though I had to keep pushing back my moving date due to closing delays, they were so patient with me and held an opening even when they were booked solid. Even though my house was an hour away, the company sent a representative to come in person to evaluate what was to be moved. Since I have quite a few large pieces of art they were concerned that everything might not fit on one large truck, so they sent two for the same price! In addition, I was closing on the sale and purchase on the same day, so they sent and additional mover to ensure that I would get to my close in time for the banks to make the transaction that same day. To complicate things more, I asked them to move everything in the garage of my new home until all the popcorn ceilings were removed, and they came back with the same crew the next week to fully move me in. Kevin, the head mover kept saying, we are not leaving until everything is where you want it. The crew was kind and friendly and helpful with advice on home related issues. I highly recommend All Direction!

Moving is a difficult experience and choosing a company is daunting. The movers from All Direction were amazing. They treated my furniture like it was their own. My husband was especially concerned about his big screen TV which they carefully boxed and set back up in our rental. I asked for the same crew for our next move in November. I was so impressed that I gave the information to our realtor. These people were outstanding.

Our whole experience with All Direction Moving from our early conversations with Cathy, to our estimate, to our actual move was fantastic. The movers were all extremely professional and efficient and really exceeded our expectations all around. They were careful and thorough in wrapping and transporting everything, cleaned up after themselves well, and were so accommodating about where to put the items in the new place. They made this whole experience so easy despite all of our stuff and all of the stress that is associated with moving. I highly recommend them!

My Mom and Dad, who are senior citizens, moved from NJ to upstate NY to be closer to me. They both remarked how friendly the staff was and how smooth the move went. They were both very stressed out about this move and this company made them feel very secure. All their goods arrived intact and in good shape. Adam and his crew came highly recommended and I can see why. They were professional, pleasant to be around, careful with all our belongings and helpful setting up and placing our furniture. I would definitely recommend All Direction Moving. Their estimate of moving costs was highly competitive and very accurate and there were no surprise "extras".. Any questions I had before, during and after the move were answered promptly and completely. I found the movers to be timely, courteous, helpful and efficient.. Any items that were not packed before hand were carefully packed. The movers were attentive to packing any fragile items and made sure they were secure.. Thank you to the entire "team".

Moving is hard leaving good people behind but the movers can make the move of your items easier if they are professional. This company is professional and I've had the opposite in the past is why I took notice and decided to do this review. Treated great by everyone and recommend you do yourself a favor. Adam and his team did a great job moving some furniture items from my aunt's house in New Jersey to my home in Highland Heights, Ohio. The guys were very prompt, attentive and professional. Well done and will recommend All Direction Moving to others in a heartbeat!

Selling my home and then buying my new home was one of the wrost experiences of my life. My realtor for selling my home was terrible and the lawyer she recommended was equally terrible, but Kathy and all the guys at All Direction Moving were fantastic. These are hands down the best movers I’ve ever used, and I should know I’ve moved 6 times in the last couple years. Super super friendly and professional. They work very fast and calculated to save the customer as much money as possible. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had.

I was immensly impressed by the company and it’s people.. The were on time, courteous, hard working and very accomondating. They were the only company that was able to give me a date for delivery from NJ to Florida. They picked up the furniture on a Sunday and on the following Wednesday, it was delivered by 3pm as promised by the driver himself. I highly recommend them.

Moved a complete mechanics shop including Lathe, milling machine, several welders, compressors and about 10,000 Lbs. of parts and hardware. Not even a scratch or missing nut. It was all done in a timely manner and professionally. Moved the residence without a chipped china cup too. He deserves a atta boy. Thanks guys
